Welcome to NB Reward. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account, purchasing any product, using points, participating in the reward, or submitting any withdrawal request.
By registering an account, logging in, placing an order, making payment, uploading payment proof, using points, participating in referral rewards, or requesting withdrawal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About NB Reward
NB Reward is a membership-based platform that may include product purchases, membership points, referral rewards, bonus wallet, product rebates, merchant products, and withdrawal features.
The products available on the platform may change from time to time. Products may be supplied by NB Reward, its merchants, suppliers, partners, or other participating sellers.
NB Reward reserves the right to update, add, remove, replace, or modify any product, price, point requirement, cash payment amount, shipping fee, promotion, merchant listing, reward structure, or membership rule at any time.
2. Account Registration and Member Responsibility
Members must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering and using the platform.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Username;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Delivery information;
- Recipient name;
- Referral information;
- Payment or withdrawal details.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.
Any activity performed through a member’s account, including placing orders, uploading payment proof, applying for withdrawal, transferring points, or changing account information, will be treated as actions performed by the member.
NB Reward shall not be responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information, wrong delivery details, wrong bank account details, wrong referral information, or unauthorized account access due to the member’s own negligence.
3. Products, Pricing and Payment
All product details, prices, point requirements, cash payment amounts, merchant information, shipping fees, and checkout details will be displayed on the relevant product page or checkout page.
Members must carefully review all order information before placing an order.
Depending on the product or merchant, payment may involve:
- Cash payment;
- Point usage;
- Bank transfer;
- Payment proof upload;
- Manual or system verification;
- Shipping fee;
- Other payment or verification methods supported by the platform.
The final amount payable and points required shall be based on the amount shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
Members are responsible for ensuring that payment is made correctly and that the uploaded payment proof is clear, genuine, and matches the order amount.
NB Reward may delay, reject, or request further verification for any order if the payment proof is unclear, incomplete, mismatched, suspicious, duplicated, or unverifiable.
4. Order Confirmation Before Purchase
Before placing an order, making payment, freezing points, or uploading payment proof, members must confirm that they have reviewed and understood:
- The product selected;
- The merchant or seller, if applicable;
- The product price;
- The points required;
- The cash payment required;
- Any shipping fee;
- Delivery information;
- Referral and reward implications;
- Bonus settlement mechanism;
- Refund, return, and cancellation restrictions.
Once a member proceeds with an order, makes payment, uploads payment proof, or confirms the checkout, the member is deemed to have confirmed that the order details are correct.
5. No Cancellation, No Return and No Refund Policy
NB Reward operates with a membership reward, point, referral bonus, rebate, and direct bonus settlement structure.
Because an order may trigger point deduction, point freezing, membership upgrade, rebate generation, referral reward calculation, bonus wallet updates, and direct bonus settlement, members must carefully read and confirm all information before purchasing.
Once an order is placed, paid, or payment proof has been uploaded, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except where required by law or where NB Reward approves an exceptional case at its sole discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase;
- Failure to read product details before purchase;
- Wrong product selected by the member;
- Wrong delivery information provided by the member;
- Wrong referral or sponsor information confirmed by the member;
- Payment made before checking the full order details;
- Reward or bonus already settled to other members;
- Product already processed, packed, shipped, or delivered.
Once the relevant bonus, reward, point rebate, or membership benefit has been processed, the order is generally not reversible.
However, NB Reward may review exceptional cases such as duplicate payment, unavailable product, wrong item delivered, missing item, major product defect, or situations required by applicable law.
All such cases are subject to verification and approval by NB Reward.
6. Points Freezing and Point Usage
When purchasing a product, the platform may freeze or deduct a specified amount of points from the member’s wallet.
Frozen points cannot be used, transferred, withdrawn, or reused for another order while they remain frozen.
If an order is rejected or not approved by the platform, NB Reward may release the frozen points back to the member’s wallet, depending on the order status and platform records.
If an order is approved, paid, or processed, the frozen points may be permanently deducted as part of the purchase.
Members must not exploit system errors, duplicate submissions, false payment proof, abnormal transactions, or platform loopholes to obtain points, products, rewards, or bonuses.
7. Membership Status
A member may be upgraded from a preliminary member, basic member, or other status to a formal member status after fulfilling the required purchase or qualification conditions set by NB Reward.
Membership status is determined based on platform records, order status, payment verification, referral information, and system rules.
NB Reward reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, reverse, or adjust membership status if an order is invalid, payment is unverifiable, account activity is suspicious, or the member violates platform rules.
8. Referral Rewards and Bonus Settlement
NB Reward may provide referral rewards, team rewards, merchant rewards, product rewards, or multi-generation bonus structures.
The applicable reward rate, generation structure, eligibility requirement, and calculation method may vary depending on the product, merchant, campaign, membership status, and platform rules.
All rewards and bonuses are calculated based on the platform’s system records.
NB Reward uses a direct or immediate bonus settlement mechanism. Once an eligible order reaches the required status, the system may automatically calculate and credit bonuses to eligible members.
Because the bonus settlement is direct and may affect multiple member accounts, any bonus that has been successfully settled is generally final and cannot be rejected, reversed, cancelled, recalled, or redistributed.
Members acknowledge and agree that:
- An order may trigger referral bonuses;
- Bonuses may be settled automatically after payment or approval;
- Multiple members may receive bonuses from one order;
- Once bonuses are settled, the related order is generally not reversible;
- Referral relationship must be checked before placing an order;
- The platform is not responsible for member mistakes in referral confirmation.
If NB Reward detects fraud, fake accounts, self-referral abuse, false payment proof, abnormal transactions, duplicated rewards, technical errors, or violation of platform rules, NB Reward reserves the right to freeze bonuses, suspend withdrawals, adjust data, cancel rewards, restrict accounts, or take further action.
9. Product Rebates and Point Release
Certain products, merchants, or promotions may include point rebates or other reward benefits.
Point rebates may be released daily, periodically, conditionally, or according to a specific schedule determined by NB Reward.
Rebate rules may include:
- Total rebate amount;
- Daily or periodic release amount;
- Release period;
- Expiry date;
- Usage restrictions;
- Transfer rules;
- Product-specific conditions;
- Merchant-specific conditions.
Unreleased rebate points cannot be used in advance.
Expired points may be automatically forfeited.
NB Reward reserves the right to modify, suspend, recalculate, reverse, or cancel rebate points if there is any system error, invalid order, suspicious transaction, refund approval, member violation, merchant issue, or campaign adjustment.
10. Wallet, Bonus and Withdrawal
A member wallet may include:
- Available points;
- Frozen or reserved points;
- Available bonus;
- Pending bonus;
- Total accumulated bonus;
- Rebate points;
- Transfer records;
- Withdrawal records.
Members may request withdrawal only when they meet the minimum withdrawal requirement and comply with the platform’s withdrawal rules.
Withdrawal may be subject to:
- Minimum withdrawal amount;
- Processing fee;
- Processing schedule;
- Verification;
- Bank account validation;
- Platform approval;
- Compliance checks.
Members must provide correct and valid bank or payment account information.
NB Reward shall not be responsible for any failed, delayed, or wrongly transferred withdrawal caused by incorrect information provided by the member.
NB Reward may delay, reject, freeze, or investigate a withdrawal request if:
- Account information is incomplete;
- Bank details are incorrect;
- Bonus source is suspicious;
- Related orders are under review;
- Fraud or abuse is suspected;
- The account violates platform rules;
- Further verification is required.
11. Point Transfer Between Members
If the platform allows point transfer or reward-related transfer between members, the sender must carefully verify the recipient username, amount, and transfer purpose before confirming the transfer.
Once a transfer is completed, it is generally final and cannot be reversed.
NB Reward is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect username, incorrect amount, wrong recipient, or member mistake.
NB Reward reserves the right to investigate, freeze, restrict, or reverse suspicious transfers if fraud, abuse, system error, or rule violation is detected.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Members must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
This includes recipient name, phone number, full address, postcode, state, and any additional delivery instructions if required.
Shipping fees, delivery methods, delivery areas, and estimated delivery time may vary depending on the product, merchant, warehouse, supplier, or delivery provider.
NB Reward is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, return, or loss caused by:
- Incorrect address;
- Incomplete delivery details;
- Unreachable recipient;
- Wrong phone number;
- Member failure to receive the parcel;
- Third-party courier issue;
- Public holidays;
- Weather conditions;
- Force majeure events.
Additional shipping charges may apply if redelivery, address correction, or parcel return is required.
13. Payment Proof and False Information
Members must upload genuine, clear, and valid payment proof.
Members are strictly prohibited from uploading:
- Fake payment receipts;
- Edited screenshots;
- Reused payment proof;
- Payment proof from unrelated transactions;
- Misleading bank transfer evidence;
- Any false or manipulated document.
If NB Reward detects false payment proof, fake orders, duplicate submission, fraud, abuse, or misleading information, NB Reward may:
- Reject the order;
- Freeze the account;
- Cancel rewards;
- Suspend membership status;
- Freeze points or bonuses;
- Reject withdrawals;
- Adjust system records;
- Take further legal or platform action where necessary.
14. Merchant and Third-Party Products
Some products may be supplied, listed, fulfilled, or supported by third-party merchants, suppliers, vendors, or partners.
Product availability, specifications, warranty, shipping time, merchant terms, and after-sales support may vary depending on the relevant merchant or supplier.
Members must read the product details and merchant information before placing an order.
NB Reward may act as a platform provider, reward system operator, payment verification platform, or order processing platform, depending on the product arrangement.
Where a product is supplied by a merchant or third party, certain product-related responsibilities may be handled according to the merchant’s own policy, subject to platform approval and applicable law.
15. Prohibited Activities
Members must not:
- Register with false information;
- Create multiple accounts for abuse;
- Impersonate another person;
- Manipulate referral relationships;
- Conduct fake purchases;
- Upload false payment proof;
- Abuse points, rebates, bonuses, or withdrawals;
- Exploit system errors;
- Interfere with platform operations;
- Mislead other members;
- Damage the interests of NB Reward, merchants, suppliers, or other members.
If a member violates any rule, NB Reward may suspend, restrict, or terminate the member’s account and adjust related orders, points, bonuses, rewards, rebates, and withdrawals.
16. Platform Records as Final Reference
All orders, payments, points, bonuses, rewards, rebates, referral relationships, membership status, withdrawal records, and wallet balances are based on NB Reward’s system and database records.
If there is any difference between what is displayed on the front-end page and what is recorded in the backend system, the backend system record shall prevail.
NB Reward reserves the right to correct any display error, calculation error, system delay, data mismatch, or technical issue.
17. Platform Rights and Rule Changes
NB Reward reserves the right to update, revise, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform, including:
- Product listings;
- Product prices;
- Point rules;
- Bonus structure;
- Referral system;
- Membership requirements;
- Rebate rules;
- Withdrawal rules;
- Shipping rules;
- Merchant rules;
- Platform features;
- These Terms & Conditions.
Any updated terms shall apply once published on the platform, unless otherwise stated.
Members are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions regularly.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NB Reward shall not be liable for losses caused by:
- Member mistake;
- Failure to read terms before purchase;
- Wrong order selection;
- Wrong delivery information;
- Wrong bank details;
- Third-party payment delay;
- Courier or delivery issue;
- System maintenance;
- Network error;
- Device or browser issue;
- Force majeure events;
- Disputes between members;
- Violation of platform rules by the member.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Personal Data and Privacy
By using the platform, members agree that NB Reward may collect, store, process, and use personal data for purposes including:
- Account registration;
- Identity and account verification;
- Order processing;
- Payment verification;
- Shipping and delivery;
- Reward calculation;
- Wallet and withdrawal processing;
- Customer service;
- Fraud prevention;
- Legal and compliance purposes.
Members must ensure that all personal information provided is accurate, lawful, and up to date.
20. Dispute Resolution
If a member has any issue regarding an order, payment, product, points, bonus, rebate, withdrawal, membership status, or account record, the member should contact NB Reward and provide relevant supporting documents.
NB Reward will review the matter based on platform records, payment proof, order status, system logs, and applicable rules.
Both parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith discussion.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be handled according to the applicable laws of Malaysia, unless otherwise required by law.
21. Member Acknowledgement
By using NB Reward, the member confirms that:
- They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
- They agree to follow all platform rules;
- They understand that orders are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable after purchase, payment, or payment proof upload;
- They understand that bonuses may be settled directly and immediately;
- They understand that successfully settled bonuses are generally final and cannot be rejected, reversed, recalled, or redistributed;
- They are responsible for checking all product, order, referral, payment, and delivery information before confirming a purchase;
- They agree that platform system records shall be the final reference for orders, points, bonuses, rebates, and withdrawals.
